um, I’m just going to butt in here, surely there are ways that Holmes could’ve deduced that she was a surgeon, like attention to detail, good close-up vision, quick hands,certain words she uses, SURELY he wouldn’t have been forced to resort to Google, just saying,

whoa so people in this fandom need to chill. Stop being so butthurt. everyone uses google, who cares? It’s not just Americans.

And even Sherlock Holmes does research. You see him do it all the time, he looks things up in books and on his cell phone, so he can use google if and whenever he damn well pleases. aaand that’s all I have to say on the subject.

The only real problem I have with this is that Watson in the BBC version googled Sherlock and I feel like they’re just switching it around…its just…Agggh. 
I can honestly say I have no interest in watching this…I was open to it but the trailer changed my mind…it looks like it would be a brilliant show, really, if it weren’t supposed to be Sherlock Holmes.
